I was lucky enough to try out this restaurant atop one of the supertrees at Gardens by the Bay. The night I dropped by, they were having a special cheese and wine event. Need I mention that it was packed.. mostly with expats who, I guess, miss the wine and cheese from their countries.There were about 5 types of cheese there and 4 different wine labels to pair with each other. There were about 5 types of cheese there and 4 different wine labels to pair with each other. There were also a few snacks if you needed to take a break from eating cheese. Hmm. What I can say about the cheese - well, there weren't really a lot of choices. It seemed like a section in one of the buffets with a cheese spread. Although, I enjoyed trying out all of them. The wines tasted very potent and was at their best. Went well with the cheese. good.
But I would have to say that the view was the one which really captured my attention (not the food and drinks). It was the best vantage point to see the MBS hotel, flyer, etc. It's definitely a place to a break away from the city...張貼
