This was my first time at West gate's ippudo! I have ordered the signature ippudo ramen, and what I like about the restaurant is that I am able to choose my texture of noodles to be soft medium or hard. I have chosen soft and the noodles were really soft and chewy. The soup is even nicer! I absolutely love the chicken broth soup. It is so tasty that I finish the entire soup. The char siew were good too. Tender and soft. And last but not least, the egg is soft and nicely done. I love Japanese ram

I love Japanese ramen egg, they rarely disappoint me.Overall, it is a pleasant dining experience here. However, do be prepared to queue especially during peak meal hour.
