Though I frequent ABC Brickworks Food Centre quite regularly, this stall has never really caught my eye due to many variety of stalls here. I finally managed to patronise it, not once, but twice in the week.I bought the Dumpling Noodles for takeaway and it did not disappoint. The Dumplings were moist and succulent and the noodles not over done. Surprisingly, it was not overly oily as some other wanton noodle stalls would be heavy on the oil.Actually, all the other dishes look quite appetising

I bought the Dumpling Noodles for takeaway and it did not disappoint. The Dumplings were moist and succulent and the noodles not over done. Surprisingly, it was not overly oily as some other wanton noodle stalls would be heavy on the oil.Actually, all the other dishes look quite appetising too.
However, I was not impressed by the service the second time I went to the stall. My daughter wanted to eat wanton noodles but wanted to exchange the Char Siew for Shredded Chicken (she loves wanton but no so much Char Siew). And guess what the stallholder charged us? An extra $1!!!
It was only a simple request and we did not even ask for extra ingredients, just a change of meat. No service or pleasing of customer here.
Not going back again.
