I believed that the fishcakes and fishballs were homemade. The fishballs were a little greyish. The fishcakes were orange. The texture of the noodles was between QQ and soggy. It was different from those food court, one-recipe-type fishball noodle. Both the fishballs and fishcakes were very fresh. This is one of those few original taste fishball noodle passed down from previous generation.
