If you desire to have a place that has a good view of Singapore then this place is definitely for you! The food is not that fantastic, especially when it is a fine-dining restaurant, perhaps because we went for some corporate event on a weekday instead.There is a lot of privacy, the service is quite good and the people are rather friendly. Dining above normal ground level is definitely something you would want to experience! The desserts are the only food that i could appreciate, the rest are so
