One of the strongly recommended stalls in this food centre serving one of the best Char Siew and Sio Bak in Singapore. Went to take away a packet of Char Siew and Sio Bak rice for lunch. As expected, the Char Siew and Sio Bak were rather outstanding. I usually like my Char Siew to have a little fatty portion. The Char Siew here is not as charred as most stalls which is a good thing for me. Their Sio Bak is also one of the best in Singapore, i love particularly that layer of crispy skin. YUM!The

The only pity gotta be the rice, it was a little meshy. The rice might be in a better state if i have it there. But overall it was still a satisfying meal. The portion given for both meats was indeed a generous one.
If you are looking for good Char Siew and Sio Bak then you gotta give this stall a try!
