Was able to try out their catering foods during a baby shower at my friend's house. If I not wrong, they have order the simple high-tea buffet. The shrimp dumplings are not crunchy and the skin is thick and tasteless. The siew mai (meat dumplings) are also quite tough in texture and the minced meat used in it are too dry as well. The shrimp dumplings are not crunchy and the skin is thick and tasteless. The siew mai (meat dumplings) are also quite tough in texture and the minced meat used in it are too dry as well. Only happy with their stir fried Chinese noodles which are not too salty, chewy and fill with lots of shredded vegetables. The display of the buffet table is quite nice and neat and sufficient disposable plates, spoons and folks are provided by the caterer as well. Not too bad for their food.
