I am grateful that I am cordially invited by Open Rice to attend their ORTU at the plaza brasserie on last Saturday. As interviewed, I specially recommend their salmon, it is because I think that freshness is the essentially requirement for any foods. Their salmon indeed qualified to be my best dished in plaza brasserie. I like the soft crab and aglio olio too. Aglio olio has only garlic and olive oil as the main n essential ingredient, therefore this proven the chef’s abilities. I love aglio ol
