Sometime I really wonder how the indian chef is able to make sure a 'big piece of paper' on their flat stove at a very minimum of time. As usual, this piece of paper (which is the very thin version of prata) are row into a big paper holder size and is served hot with three different flavour of dressing to go along with it. I only like to eat one of the dressing which is quite similar to thick vegetable curry with some potato cubes and indian leaves in it. The paper thosai is really crispy and thin in texture, you can either choose to eat it on it's own, or to dip with the three different dressing given to you too. Simply taste so good and delicious!
