Despite the crowded restaurant, I didn't have to wait long for my order. It was served hot and the penne was cooked just right. I like how the cheese had a crunch to it, but I felt like they could have added more ham. The taste though was a bit monochromatic because it was too cheesy and creamy. And so, I added chili flakes and pepper just to spice things up a bit. Overall, it was an average pasta.
