If you are quite dare to try new foods, this peach ginger cheese cake will surprise your taste bud. Lots of sweet peaches are mixed with the thinly sliced ginger for this cake, which give you that mix of sweet and slight spice flavour in it. The cake sponge is quite tough though, and taste quite like the chinese 'huat kueh' and the combination of the peaches, ginger and cheese in it may not be a flavour to most of us. Surprisingly I cannot really taste the cheese flavour for this cake at all.
