The penang laksa here tasted better than average and it costs $3. There was a tangy, sour taste and it wasn't at all spicy. The fish was very fine and plentiful while the thick bee hoon was smooth. The soup had a heavy taste but it wasn't as good as the ones at Penang. Still worth the try though.
