Having a sweet tooth and simply a dessert lover, I couldn't resist checking out this new dessert store at Vivocity, especially after noticing the long queue.I always have a craving for mango-related desserts so I ordered this yummy mango pomelo with tofu pudding that looked quite yummy (from the mock display). The nice experience went downhill when we called for the bill. Even though this item was yet to be placed in the menu, there was a price at the mock display which said $5.80. However, the cashier charged us $6.30 and was very rude when we highlighted the price difference to her. She ignored us after that even though we were seated right next to the cashier point. After a long wait, the boss finally came with the right bill and an apology. However, the nice experience was totally spoilt by poor service and I have not been there since that fateful day.
