Popiah is usual one of my favourite local delight dishes which normally i will order whenever I have my lunch, dinner or even during break hours. At no different, I have pass by this stall at Plaza Singapura and decided to give it a try. THe price is rather high at two dollars and twenty cents each, the rolls look quite big and filled with lots of cabbages.
