With fresh and soft chewy beef, this is one kind of beef that is easy to swallow. Usually the one at yoshinoya you have to make sure you chew properly and not eat while you're talking because you might get choke on the long strands, thus i really love how these pieces of beef are being cut. the bowl of soup helps a lot, but i felt it was not as delicious as i taste from pots n' pans in other outlets, like the soup was cold and... not very fresh, i guess they've put the soup there for quite long

Usually the one at yoshinoya you have to make sure you chew properly and not eat while you're talking because you might get choke on the long strands, thus i really love how these pieces of beef are being cut. the bowl of soup helps a lot, but i felt it was not as delicious as i taste from pots n' pans in other outlets, like the soup was cold and... not very fresh, i guess they've put the soup there for quite long without throwing it away or making a new pot. the vegetables and onions was really helpful, made the pots n' pans very fragrant
