This 2 dishes are from Prosperous kitchen: Abalone and you tiao salad.The abalone served with broncholi. Quite a large abalone which serve the whole piece rather than slice into pieces. Very chewy and well cooked. The sauce also taste well. not so salty.The you tiao salad taste well with the mayonaise sauce. Not really oily but taste very crunchy because they serve it immediately after fried. fresh..
