The thickness of the chilli sauce is just right not too watery nor too thick. I could tell that there was a great combination of condiments added to this special sauce including bean paste.
The Drunken Chicken can be eaten on its own but by bringing this dish from good to great requires a balance of flavour and this chilli sauce is a good example.
