Honey English Tea was very refreshing with the generous amount of honey syrup in it and the English tea used is thick and fragrant as well. The Emperor Veg rice dumpling is covered with healthy non salty seaweed wrap and the rice is very fragrant and chewy. For merely $4 for this meal, is value for money. The dining environment is small and uncomfortable but service was quite helpful and nice.
