Colleague was in the mood, so he drove us out to Tampines market to buy lunch. Upon reaching, we saw 2 stalls with snake long queue, we decide to give one of them a try since most of us have the "got queue means good" mentality Between both, we decide on this stall cos colleagues wanted to try the prawn noodle with pork ribs while I have the prawn noodle with pig's intestine. Between both, we decide on this stall cos colleagues wanted to try the prawn noodle with pork ribs while I have the prawn noodle with pig's intestine. Quite disappointing cos although prawns are fresh & sweet, the pig's intestine was not washed thoroughly, thus having this bitter taste & smell. The noodles although springy, it has this super string yest smell.
