Tried the Miso King Cha Shu Ramen here which has a really nice milky miso soup base that is slurp worthy together with nice chewy QQ noodles. The soup base, although was miso based, wasn't too overly oily or salty for my liking. It also comes with 3 generous large pieces of cha shu, a large seaweed square, fresh wood ear and perfect ramen eggs- cooked egg whites with perfect runny egg yolks. Highly recommend trying this hearty bowl of ramen!
