My dad brought home some mini cupcakes from Whips Cupcakes. There's not many left, only 3 shown here - the marshmallow, salted caramel & the red velvet. Poor cupcakes are a bit traumatized from the ride home Well, my smart nephew snatched away the prettiest-looking (according to his taste) marshmallow one. I had the salted caramel one. It's rather small ($1 for each mini cupcake) and can be easily finished in 2 bites. The cupcake itself is rather moist and with a little bit of butter taste, not too overwhelming. The salted caramel topping is pretty buttery though but tastes good with a mix of savory & sweet taste to it. A pity I was too full to try the others. I'm sure one could easily polish off a few cupcakes at a time.
