I was walking past this bakery on the way to the MRT and the nice smell of bread bought me into the bakery. There is a fresh batch of buns out from the kitchen when I entered and I decided to buy one of these buns for tea. The bun I got was the red bean bun. I love how soft the bread is and somehow I thought the taste of the bun was quite light as well, there isn't a lot of dough. I love how soft the bread is and somehow I thought the taste of the bun was quite light as well, there isn't a lot of dough. The red bean filling is also quite delicious as it is a 80/20 mixture of mashed red beans and red bean bits. The only thing is that I found it to be a little too sweet. Nonetheless, it is something that is simple yet delicious. 張貼
