Fish rice burger The rice burger is creative and special. The burger bun is actually replaced by rice patties which is packed to form a patty shape. The rice is the cooked Japanese rice and nicely grilled with a bit of soy sauce. The fish is battered with bread flour and fried till crispy and golden colour. The fries are quite nice too. But i think for fast food, Mos burger is a bit expensive.
