Eastern Rice Dumpling (已結業)

I got a rice dumpling from this stall to have it for snack. I left it for about 3 hours before eating it. The rice turned a bit hard. It came with ingredients like pork, chinese sausage and bits of mushroom. The pork was quite lean so it did not taste too oily. I would very much prefer if the meat is slightly fattier to give it a better texture. I did not really like what i tasted and most likely would not be back to get another soon.
