The ramen served here tastes slightly different from those in other outlets here. For one, their stock is both seafood and meat based, so there is more complexity of flavour in the broth. Needless to say, it is also richer in taste as well. Many may find the broth here a tad too salty but this is indeed keeping to its authentic Japanese flavour. The noodles are on the thicker side which is a nice change from the usual thin ones.
