Platypus Test Kitchen (已結業)

This is a hidden little gem at a corner in Clifford Centre. If you don't walk that way, you'll probably miss it. I tried the Mushroom risotto and it was SO GOOD! It doesn't look like much but it's filling due to the rich flavour. There is mushroom, bacon bits, chives, cheese and best of all, drizzled with truffle oil. It smelt so good when it was placed in front of me! The risotto is a tad dryer than what I like but not gonna complain about this. Do try this dish if you are a fan of risotto.
