Located at the newly renovated Balestier Food Centre, King's Roasts is the new joint for those who loves roasted meat. Deep Fried Tofu - Crispy on the outside and silky on the inside, with the sauce that was sweet & spicy. Roasted Pork - Not fatty & greasy, instead, it was juicy and tender. Char Siew - The Char Siew was tender, juicy. The sauce reminds me of Bak Kwa.
