salted veg duck soup and braised duck

my girlfriend was going to study with her friends nearby so we headed here for lunch before dropping her off. We ordered their braised duck rice and salted vegetable duck soup to share. The braised duck was really good, I have no idea how they got their duck to taste so tender. Their gravy is really delicious, very tasty, not too salty and went well with the rice. The salted vegetable duck soup was very tasty too, despite being salted, the salted vegetables was not exactly too salty, it was boil

The braised duck was really good, I have no idea how they got their duck to taste so tender. Their gravy is really delicious, very tasty, not too salty and went well with the rice. The salted vegetable duck soup was very tasty too, despite being salted, the salted vegetables was not exactly too salty, it was boiled for long hours until it was very soft. The duck meat was so tender and goes well with the chilli dip. The chilli dip is really good, sourish and spicy. A combination of both flavours leave you craving for more. As a whole I am very satisfied with the food.
