The Rajah Inn (已結業)

Happen to have a fairwell dinner in this restaurant and get to try many of their signature dishes here. One of them which is also my favourite will be the sambal sotongs. The sambal sauce is very spicy and full of the fragrant from the various spicies used in making it. THe sotong meats are also very chewy and fresh, which blend in very well with the sambal sauce. Great to have it with a bowl of the plain rice and with a glass of lemonade will be even better.
