I would say the gyoza sold here is average. not much of the difference compare to other ramen place.sp

I would say the gyoza sold here is average. not much of the difference compare to other ramen place.
special miso ramen soup is drinkable not too salty. since is miso so the taste is much stronger than shio. portion of ramen is big, able to share between 2 person. large amount of bean sprouts added to the bowl of ramen. those who dislike bean sprouts, do request upon order do not add any. meat is tender not dry at all. egg cooked just nice, I like it. however, the noodles is disappointing, is on the hard side.
