so far the few watami outlet that i tried all provided me with great services and delicious food so i was very disappointed when i visited their bishan outlet. i believed is one of their newer outlet so the place is severely under staff. we had to wait very long for our food to be ordered and even longer time for the food to be served. and staff were so busy that I have to clear my own table to make space for our food. however, the food are still nice to eat
