It was a girl's night out & the group of 4 of us were craving for teppanyaki & shabu shabu! Since we were at ION, we went to Sho-Teppan to satisfy our craving!2 of us had Shabu-Shabu : Chicken , Beef2 of us had Teppan Yaki: Black Pig , SalmonThe shabu-shabu pot is sweet but I like it as they are generous with the serving for vegetable ! It has with a raw egg which is a "sauce" to be dip in after you have cook your meat but i didnt like that taste thus I mix it into the soup! Yum Yum!The black p

The black pig shabu shabu is a lil bit too oily for my liking but the service by their crew was good as they actually offer to help us cook the meat! =) Mabbie you could request that they serve you the lean meat instead of the belly meat? & for heavy -meat , you can top up the meat serving for a small amount of $3.90-$5.90? depending on the item you choose!
