my friend and i went to din tai fung for lunchwe had noodles.. and nice hot and spicy soup.. the noodle i had was called tan tan mian.. the sesame sauce was fragrance and tasty.. i love it with lots of spring onionsmy friend's mince meat mushroom noodle were nice too.. its not the typical salty taste sauce.. its mild sweet and well a combination of taste..
