I personally love Men-ichi's ramen but never tried the Shoyu Tonkotsu, or their char siew. However, as usual, the ramen is springy and goes well with the soup. Overall, as a frequent customer, I was disappointed by the ramen. The soup was not too different and I threw away all the char siew after the first bite. Men-ichi has a wide selection of tasty ramen, so I'd recommend something else like Curry Cheese Ramen or Teriyaki Salmon (tonkotsu) ramen.
