Today we are having dinner at a Heng Hwa Cuisine restaurant. The style of cooking is different from the usual chinese food. My all time favourite chilli sauce.Heng Hua Style Mee Sua ($8)The Mee Sua tastes very unique here. At the first mouthful, you will feel like you eating bee hoon instead of mee sua. Heng Hua Style Mee Sua ($8)The Mee Sua tastes very unique here. At the first mouthful, you will feel like you eating bee hoon instead of mee sua. And there is also lots of seafood in this dish.
Stir-Fried Chicken Piece with Qiao Tou ($8)It looks like a plate of sweet and sour chicken. The interesting item in this dish is the small pickled onion, which is soft and tastes of a hint of sour.
Braised Bean Curd Skin with Gailan ($8)The bean curd skin is very flavourful.
Szechwan Style Sliced Pork ($10)I always like this dish, which uses lean meat here. Just the cold sliced cucumber in the garlic sauce, I will feel so shiok.
