Went for lunch at Fish & Co., IMM today. I haven't really been to this restaurant for quite a while, so I didn't know that they had this Lunch Promotion which lasts until 3pm. While waiting for a table (it was lunch so the restaurant was packed) I looked at their lunch menu and saw that they had a lot of decent food at a very affordable price. While waiting for a table (it was lunch so the restaurant was packed) I looked at their lunch menu and saw that they had a lot of decent food at a very affordable price. I ordered the Salmon Grilled but instead of the coleslaw side dish, I had it changed to soup.
The soup was so light and creamy. It was the perfect way to start my meal as I was very hungry and needed something hot to fill my empty stomach. After that came my main course, the Grilled Salmon with mashed potato. The salmon was very soft. I liked how the skin was a bit burnt because it added a salty flavor in this very simple dish. The white sauce also blended well with it.
As for the mashed potato, it was so soft and creamy. It seemed to melt in my mouth with every bite. In the end, I enjoyed my light yet delicious lunch at Fish & Co.
