I ordered the Spanish Rosti for the first time, and choose to have smoked salmon as topping. The base is actually the deep-fried potato, which has been cut into strips. It is crispy outside, and tender and starchy texture inside. However, it is definitely too oily for me. You can choose to have different toppings for it. Smoked salmon that I chose is quite alright in taste, not too salty and go well with the Rosti.
