The last time I had waffles at Charly T's two years ago, I remembered that it was so good. The outside part was crispy yet it still managed to make the inside very soft. So, when my friend and I happened to pass by Charly T's at Dhoby Ghaut after an exhausting dance class, I suggested that we stop by and have their waffles.We ordered one waffle to share since my friend eats a little. We ordered one waffle to share since my friend eats a little. Seriously, just a few bites and she's done so that pretty much leaves the bigger portion to me. Hehe. Anyway, it was served with butter and syrup. I was quite disappointed that it was hard. Perhaps it was left in the waffle maker a few minutes longer so it kinda hurt my the back of my mouth when I chewed or bit the waffle. Even the little syrup given to me didn't help. Plus the portion was smaller compared to the other waffle place I tried at The Cathay...
