I tried the wanton noodles from this stall, it does not really up to my standard. Though the noodles were cooked perfectly, very springy and QQ but the char siew was not too good. I was not roasted well enough. The char siew did not have any charred bits, it was not as tasty. The wanton was so so, quite big and meaty. You can taste that they used really fresh meat to make the wanton. The wanton skin is very thin too. the vegetable was a little overcooked and tasteless. Since I ordered the dry ve

Since I ordered the dry version, my noodles was mixed with gravy. The gravy was rather tasty but I think their chilli was not bad, very spicy and shiok. I think it is the saviour of this dish.
