I rarely ordered minced meat noodle in soup but after hearing pretty good reviews decided to give it a try. The soup is refreshing and sweet, unlike some which has a strong pepper taste. The noodles were well-cooked and were not soggy. It gives a good bite. In the noodles, you can find minced meat, lean meat, lettuce, mushroom and a fried dumpling. The mushroom is good as it adsorbs all the seasoning that was used to cook it in the slow cooker. I ordered the set meal so it comes with a cup of co
