I've always liked Men-ichi's fried egg so I decided to try their fried egg ramen. The fried egg has crab meat and mushroom in it. The mushrooms give the egg a fresh smell but doesn't overpower the overall taste. The insides of the egg is supposed to be soft and not as cooked but I think the soup cooked the insides of it too. The tonkotsu soup is very concentrated and sweet. It was indeed spicy but bearable kind of spiciness. However, the chilli did overpower the taste of tonkotsu soup.
Overall, it was tasty but I got sick of it slightly because all there was to eat with the noodles is the egg. No vegetables or eggs to go with it.
It costs $11.90 and you can upsize the noodles to 20% more (in quantity) for free.
