Crystal Wok Noodle House (已結業)

I was intrigued by the name of this dish and the colour of the noodle. Yup, the noodles are green in colour, unlike the normal noodles which you can find. This is because the noodles are made together with an additional ingredient, spinach juice, to derive its green hue. I ordered this noodle just to try since I had not had spinach noodles before. The noodles are quite qq and has more texture than the normal noodles. Although it is made using spinach, you cant really taste the spinach in the noo
