There has been a price increase in the chicken rice. They are available now at $2.80 and $3.80. When I asked for the difference between $2.80 and $3.80, all I was told was that there will be more chicken meat for $3.80.
They have recently opened another branch at Ang Mo Kio Central Blk 722.
I still remember that 2 years ago I blogged that the standard has dropped. Still feel the same about this conclusion. But however, I am still unable to find another chicken rice stall in Yishun that can rival this stall. Looks like I am better off sticking to Laksa in Yishun for now. Until a new kid appears round the block or the standard improves.
And if you are wondering where to go for chicken rice without travelling too far, you may want to try Ming Kee Chicken Rice & Porridge at Bishan.
