Had a mini gathering with my friends at The Buffet located in M Hotel. Most of us would thought that it should be a normal international kind of buffet but they are actually offering steamboat buffet.They are basically 4 types of soup base : Chicken herbal, Laksa, Tom Yam and Miso. You can choose up to 2 soup base per steamboat. So since we had 2 steamboats, we tried all the soup base. The laksa soup based is worth mentioning ; although it seems quite watery, the laksa taste was quite strong and tasty. The rest of the soup base are quite normal.
The Buffet offers quite a big spread of items for their steamboat buffet. From normal Nong Tau hoo to seafood ( they even served white pomfret) to sliced meat ( pork, mutton & beef).
And the best part is that they offered a wide spread of dessert too!
