My usual order is buddha jump over the wall but decided to try something different his time. Ordered the Gingko Pork Tripe Pepper Soup which cost $5. Ingredients wise its quite little, merely the pig stomach and nothing else. The soup taste quite peppery, typical of such soup. I still prefer my usual order than this one. Also its still better to dine in so that you get to enjoy the extra portioning of soup which you can't enjoy for takeaway
