Fried onion, I would guess it is prepared by their own, they are fresh and not burnt, crumble not mashed. Peanut is soft and creamy. Overall, taste is just right, you could still taste the rice natural sweetness and yet mildly saltiness, combination of all these ingredients enhance each flavour, perfect match.
