I have no idea why is it called a strawberry shortcake when it taste just like a normal strawberry cake. It is the most basic kind of cakes, and i just love it for being simple. The taste of vanilla is quite faint in the sponge cake layer, just able to sample on the tip of the tongue. The cream is light and sweet, and this is the only cake that i have finished the cake with all of its cream. That is how good the cream was. Too bad they are not able to guarantee the sweetness of the strawberry it
