The thin crispy savory skin of a young pig is delicate with lots of aromatic meat underneath. Served with coriander leaves and hosin sauce.

The skill of roasting by hand over open fire of wood and charcoal for the crunchy skin and yet marinating the meat inside to be still tender and fragrant is amazing.

A dish that real gourmand goes after.
