The Rochester store has a toilet upstairs on the second level, but there are absolutely no signs to tell us where is the toilet, so just try every door that you see.
I was rather upset with the barista who served me, who kept looking at the entrance door for his two lady-friends to come in, so I had to repeat my orders three times as he was rather distracted. He only properly 'understood' my order after his friends came in and he smiled.. It's quite annoying that time.
