My favourite in this Japanese bakery is their pork bun Piroshiki. Not sure how Piroshiki was made, but it has a combination of different taste just like 水煎包. The outer layer is crispy fried/baked with melted cheese on top. The pork and bamboo shoot filling within it was flavorful and blend into the soft bread.Sun Moulin petite series are one of the best. There are a variety to choose from, each of them cost around $0.60 and there are discount if you buy more (e.g. 3 or 5). Their mini croissant
